Traditional Hatha yoga mixed with power yoga. This yoga class includes breathing, stretching, theory, and meditation. Classes are offered by donation, so everyone is invited and free to give whatever they can and feel it is worth to them ($10 suggested donation). Private and Semi Private lessons also available.
